Erminio A. DiBello

Born January 15th 1932 in Erie PA he was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Raphael DiBello.

Erminio grew up at 1141 West 21st Street, went to Sacred Heart Grade School and Cathredral Prep. He was drafted into the Army in 1951 and served in the Korean Conflict.

After his return to the states, Gannon College was the next stop. There he acquired a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

At the same time family life was starting with his marriage to Rose Mary Arena and sudden addition - Rick! - in November of 1955. Three more children followed: Maria in 1963, John in 1966 and Annette in 1968.

Erminio or "D" as he was known to friends is pictured here engaged in his favorite hobby: COFFEE! The amount of coffee this guy consumed in a day should be entered in the Guiness Book of Records! His best buddy Joe Bilotti always tells the story about how they would get kicked out of every dinor in town because Erminio would order one cup of coffee and expect unlimited refills for hours!

The family recently granted Erminio's last wish to have his ashes spread around the Kelso Beach area. Click here for photo's.
